Aero Express Parts formerly was a division of Aero Express, Inc. but became its own corporate entity effective January 1, 2005 after years of growth. The ownership of both entities is unchanged.
As the aircraft parts division it purchased packages of aircraft parts traceable to American Airlines, Continental Airlines, Delta Airlines, Trans World Airlines, Pakistani Airlines, Dee Howard Company, and other commerical and corporate operators. In recent years it has purchased JT8D engines from numerous sources. In 2003 it relocated to its present location which is part of a world class five million square foot underground facility which offers the ultimate in security and climate control. Aero Express Parts also sells from inventories placed with us on consignment by banks, leasing companies, bankruptcy trustees, and operating businesses outsourcing the sale of surplus assets.
Aero Express, Inc. continues its focus on avionics test equipment and has become one of the world's major sources of new and used equipment. We also manufacture products through a related entity, AE Industrial, Inc., and are looking for more business opportunities in related fields.
